Speedy Invoices
Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 14, 2026
1. Who we are
Speedy Invoices provides a browser-based invoice generator at speedy-invoices.com. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the site, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
2. Your invoice data stays in your browser
Invoice details, customer details, line items, payment instructions, and uploaded logos are processed on your device. A draft is stored in your browser’s local storage so it can be restored when you return. PDF generation also happens in your browser. Speedy Invoices does not transmit invoice contents or uploaded logos to its servers.
Anyone who can use your browser profile may be able to view the saved draft. Use the Reset button or clear this site’s browser data to remove it, especially on a shared device.
3. Technical information used to deliver the site
When you request a page, our hosting and content-delivery providers may process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring URL, and request time. This information is used to deliver the site, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose reliability problems. Provider logs are retained according to the provider’s operational and security practices.
4. Browser storage and cookies
Speedy Invoices currently uses first-party browser local storage for two functions:
- saving the invoice draft you create; and
- remembering whether you accepted or rejected optional advertising technologies.
The draft storage is necessary to provide the requested invoice-saving feature. The consent record is necessary to respect and document your privacy choice. You can remove either record through your browser settings; removing the consent record causes the privacy notice to appear again.
5. Google advertising
Google AdSense is not active on this site at the effective date of this policy, and no Google advertising code is loaded. If advertising is activated, we may use Google and its advertising partners to serve and measure ads.
As a result of ad serving, Google and third parties may place or read cookies in your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to collect information. That information may be used for ad delivery, frequency control, reporting, fraud prevention, measurement, and—where you consent—personalized advertising.
Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Google also provides information about advertising technologies and controls.
6. Your advertising choice
Optional advertising technologies are denied by default. The site records “advertising” only after you choose Accept advertising; choosing Reject optional records “essential-only.” You can reopen the notice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer and change your selection.
No consent interface on its own causes advertising code to load. Before serving Google ads, Speedy Invoices will connect the recorded choice to the advertising implementation and use a Google-certified consent management platform wherever Google or applicable law requires one.
7. How information may be shared
We do not sell invoice contents or other personal information. Technical request information may be handled by service providers that host, secure, and deliver the site. If advertising is activated, advertising-related information may be handled by Google and its partners as described above and subject to your choice and applicable law. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the site, or legal rights.
8. Legal bases and international processing
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, required site delivery and security processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating a safe, reliable service; draft storage is used to provide the feature you request; and optional advertising storage or personalization is based on consent where required. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own and use the transfer safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Retention and your rights
Your invoice draft and privacy choice remain in your browser until you reset them, clear site data, or browser policy removes them. Hosting providers retain technical logs under their own retention schedules. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Because invoice contents remain on your device, we cannot retrieve or delete them for you.
10. Children
Speedy Invoices is a general business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the invoice generator.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site, service providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice or a renewed consent request.
